Brentwood Residence Transformation.

 

Golden Gate General Construction Inc., undertook a complete remodel of a Brentwood home, expanding it from 2,700 to 6,100 square feet. This transformation included significant changes to the original plan, creating a spacious master suite and a luxurious master closet. The home now features a stunning floating see-through staircase with a large window that allows natural light to flood in. The ceilings on both floors were raised, adding a sense of openness and grandeur, and top-of-the-line materials were used throughout.
 

The exterior blends modern and farmhouse aesthetics with clean white board and batten siding, black window frames, and warm wood accents on the front door and garage. We expanded the backyard by 25 feet in depth and 100 feet in width, adding a stunning retaining wall to create space for a new swimming pool. Inside, we incorporated elegant wainscoting, special accent walls, and indirect lighting, along with a high-quality sound system and a low-voltage security system. All of these systems can be controlled conveniently from tablets, adding a modern touch of convenience.

Despite some delays with imported Italian cabinetry, the final result is a beautiful, inviting environment that blends elegance, comfort, and modern design.
