Golden Gate General Construction Inc. recently completed a light remodel of Sip Coffee in Brentwood — a sleek, cozy café nestled in one of L.A.’s most refined neighborhoods. This project was all about speed, precision, and attention to detail. We completed the full scope in record time, allowing the owners to open quickly and start serving the community without delay.

The remodel included upgraded finishes, lighting adjustments, minor layout improvements, and custom carpentry to enhance the overall ambiance while maintaining the charm and character of the original space.
