ADU one story ground up construction

 

Golden Gate General Construction Inc., Golden Gate General Construction Inc. brought this junior ADU to life with a seamless ground-up construction. The ADU features TGI wood framing for efficient and sturdy construction, complemented by elegant wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is beautifully designed, and the ADU includes a spacious bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in closet. To ensure comfort and affordability, we installed a split-system AC. In addition, we remodeled the front house and left architectural and structural plans for a future ADU, setting the stage for easy expansion by future investors.
